Pet Photoshoots are the perfect opportunity to let your best friend show off their pawsome posing skills (excuse the bad pun). Big or small, hairy or sleek your pet is by your side and deserves their time to shine in the Studio with a Pet Portrait. It also gives you something nice to look at then next time they chew up your favourite slippers.
Aside from the usual standing, sitting and lying down photographs I always encourage owners to bring along their pets favourite toys and treats to help get the full pet personality into their pictures.

An Outdoor Pet Photoshoot gives your pet the chance to truly be themselves with puddle splashing, stick searching and ball chasing aplenty there’s so many opportunities to get the perfect set of unique pictures of your pet at play.
I’m very lucky to have Kinver Edge just up the road from my Shop and Studio which is the perfect place to let your dog explore and get some great photographs. A 30 minute Pet Photoshoot at our Kinver Studio or at a location of your choice for up to 2 pets
(+£5 per additional pet up to a maximum of 6 for Studio or unlimited for Outdoor)

Brilliant photographer, had 2 shoots with Daniel now, both times felt so relaxed and comfortable. Our recent family shoot was my favourite, Daniel did everything he could to make our little boy laugh during the shoot for those perfect pictures, honestly can’t recommend enough!

Dan made our photoshoot session so much fun! My husband and I aren’t naturally relaxed in front of a camera but Dan put us at ease straight away. He was brilliant with our toddler too, even 2 weeks on our little one is still talking about “Dan who took photos and wore funny hats”, and the photos we have seen in our gallery are testament to that – capturing cheeky smiles!
Would highly recommend Daniel for a photo shoot. My little one is very nervous in new surroundings and meeting new people. I bring a relaxed and casual approach to my pet photoshoots to keep the atmosphere calm for you and your pet/s. I want you to enjoy your session and be talking about it, and the pictures for years to come. I love all animals, especially dogs and I truly believe they can sense this and so a few strokes and a quick play before the photo shoot begins always helps them to enjoy it even more. If we have an Outdoor Photo Shoot scheduled and the weather isn’t playing ball (which, let’s face it is often the case in England) then I will happily re-schedule or change it to a Studio Shoot instead if you prefer.
Yes absolutely, familiar toys and treats are always a great way to help your dog/s to relax and enjoy the experience.
Pet Photoshoots are set for 30 minutes which is divided roughly like this. The first 5-10 minutes is getting you and your pet/s settled and explaining how the photo shoot works. This is followed by the photography itself which will include different poses with your pet to maximise the time. The remaining time is then used to talk about what will happen going forward with editing, your Online Gallery and to book in your Viewing Experience.
Yes! this is by far the best thing to do before your Pet Photoshoot. Chances are when they leave the house they will be thinking (or at least hoping) they’re going for a walk and so if they get one before then they will be a lot more relaxed and likely to do as we ask of them when it comes to sitting and lying down.
Absolutely, my Photography Studio is a large converted double garage which means it’s all on ground level and fully accessible.
Your Online Gallery goes live a few days before your Viewing Experience and gives you the chance to look at your images on a private website from the comfort of your own home.
The Viewing Experience takes place at my shop in Kinver and gives you the chance the relax and see your images on the big screen. After a slideshow of your photographs I will guide you through product samples I have including print, digital and canvas options available to you (with absolutely no pressured sales).
Yes you can, absolutely but if there’s children involved too then I suggest a Family Photo Shoot instead as this will give a lot more time for more pictures, poses and groups.
