Autumn Outdoor Photo Shoot : Fun With Leaves
Autumn is a strange old season, everything starts to get darker and yet the colours of nature get warmer and in many cases more beautiful. While on-again, off-again rain makes planning anything outside difficult, with little ones the idea of staying inside all day didn’t seem too appealing either. Therefore as soon as there was a break in the weather my wife and I took our 3 year old and 1 year old down to a local park in Stourbridge.
Given how windy it has been a lot of the leaves at the park had been shaken from the trees and piled up in a perfect mound for a 3-year old to barrel through. Our daughter is very active to say the least and so when we told her to go, she didn’t need telling twice, thundering through them as well as picking them up and throwing them in the air. Autumn Outdoor Photo Shoots are always such fun, as there’s nothing more natural than children running around and having fun connecting with nature.
While the big one thundered around, our 1 year old son also took it all in and loved having a walk through the leaves and having his big sister throw piles of leaves to him.
Time is ticking before the leaves are all gone for another year so if you’d like some warm autumnal family pictures please get in touch or click to see more examples of other Outdoor Photo Shoots i’ve done.
