2017 has seen some big events at Daniel James Photography. We launched an educational side of the business with Learn at Daniel James Photography and with it our Ultimate Beginners Guide to Photography course, which continues to grow and provide a core understanding on using your camera on a one to one basis, perfect for beginners and those moving from using a Film to Digital SLR.
We also welcomed our beautiful daughter Kindred into the world in late July who has become the company’s top model and most photographed baby.
November sees us marking our little shop’s ten year anniversary at Chenevare Mews.
On November 4th 2007 Daniel, then just aged twenty-one, first opened the doors to begin a career in photography. The business was partially funded by the SPEED Project, which Daniel won a place with during his time at the University of Worcester studying media. This opportunity not only provided funds but also teaching in the basics of business that helped to set the company up.
The company continues to go from strength to strength with us capturing hundreds of family portraits, memorable wedding days and precious newborn moments throughout the years with people from all over the world visiting the Studio. We have expanded the business over the years to add several helpful services which we offer from our base just off Kinver High Street, including Passport Photos, Slide Scanning, Picture Framing and Video to DVD Transfer.
To celebrate our double digit birthday, we will be running a number of special offers for one day only, including £50 off the Beginners Guide to Photography and Two for One on Photo Shoot Gift Vouchers. The perfect opportunity to celebrate with us with glass of bubbly and pick up an early Christmas present or two at the same time!
