64/365 – ‘Dia De Los Muertos’
My trip to London began (as it usually does) with a trip to Camden, a place I love to visit due to all the graffiti, unusual shops and wide array of food stalls available. While there downstairs in the market I stumbled across this Mexico themed shop which was filled with Dia De Los Muertos gifts and artwork.
65/365 – ‘Contemplation’
Another staple when i’m in London is a trip to the V&A (Victoria and Albert) museum which is literally filled with floors of artwork and is free to visit and it’s even photographer friendly (aside from some of the newest exhibitions). This was just one of the many beautiful stone statues at the V&A, with this one though the addition of the colour to the hair and face gave it an edge on the others and made it stand out to me.
66/365 – ‘Great Hera!’
Art comes in all forms and you’ll see a bit of everything in London, for example this fantastic Wonder Woman themed graffiti in Kentish Town.
67/365 – ‘Back To Normality’
After a whirlwind trip to London, being in the city leaves my head spinning, with the crowds and much faster paced way of life, this image represents the chaos I was feeling.
68/365 – ‘Keeping Up Appearances’
A simple shot of a hyacinth from a bunch of roses, because sometimes it’s nice to take something a little obvious that helps to show how beautiful nature can be.
69/365 – ‘Cthulhu’
A kind of strange knobbly succulent that seems to reach out from the bottom of the pot in all directions.
70/365 – ‘De Luxe’
