Walking Home: Textures & Abstracts Macro Style

Living just 10 minutes from my shop…

…I am privileged to be able to walk to work (when the weather allows) and today was a fairly good day for photography. Armed with my Canon 7D and 60mm Canon Macro lens I set out down the road into the village. Along the way I saw a selection of shots which include drains, tiles, tarmac & stones among other things.

It’s always a challenge to find new shots on a route you walk/drive pretty much every day but this is what I like about it. I always say there’s 100 or more shots literally right in front of your eyes everywhere you go!
