Q - "Where is your studio?"

A - We are based in the picturesque village of Kinver in the West Midlands (around 40 minutes from Worcester, 40 minutes from Wolverhampton and 40-50 minutes from Birmingham) however we are able to travel to you.




Q - "I want a photo session to give as a gift for someone, is that possible?"

A - Absolutley. Send us the details and a cheque (please no cash through the post) for £45 and we'll send you a beautifully presented Photo Session Gift Voucher which is valid for 12 months after the date of purchase.




Q - "How long do canvas prints take to be completed?"

A - We advise around a week but often we are able to get them completed sooner.




Q - “I want very traditional photographs taken, is that possible?”

A - Yes we can take photographs to suit your needs, contemporary/modern, reportage or even traditional styles.

Q - “Big studios worry me due to the pressured sales talk, can i expect that with you?”

A - Never! we create a proofs CD for you and a password protected online photo album so that you can view and choose at your pace from the comfort of your own home. Alternativley however we can print an index sheet of proofs off for you or arrange a viewing of the photographs for you to look through. The studio is also a home studio and so is in a relaxed environment with just you and the photographer.

Q - “What do I get for my £45?”

A - An hours studio time, a proofs CD with images in colour, black & white and sepia and a password protected online photo album. We also give you 5 FREE 6"x4" prints also (of your choice).

Q - “How many photographs will I be able to choose from?”

A - A typical shoot will have around 100 shots taken which is edited down to around 20-30 for the proofs CD.

Q - “When do we get the CD?”

A - We edit and put the CD and online album together for you within a week of the shoot.

Q - “Is there a time limit on ordering?”

A - That would be pressure and we ensure there is none of that!. There is no time limit on ordering.

Q - “What do I get in my portrait pack?”

A - You get your proofs CD to browse through, details of how to access your online album, price lists, an ordering form and a release form (which is optional but enables us to use the images for portfolio purposes).

Q - “I need a shoot in 2 weeks, is that possible?”

A - We can usually fit you in yes but please ring or e-mail to check first

Q - "Are prints really just £4.99?"

A - Yes they really do start at £4.99 and can be glossy or matt.




Q - "I have a special requirement can you cater for it?"

A - We do our utmost to fulfil requests but please contact us to make sure before booking.

Q - "I need a photo shoot on a Sunday or Monday but it says you are closed?"

A - Sundays and Mondays are when our retail shop is closed but our studio is able to be open whatever time suits you. If your child is best at 8am on a Sunday then we are usually able to cater to this, after all, if your child is best at that time then it's fair to say that we'll get the best shots of them at that time.
